My husband and I met Raelene years ago when we were trying to buy a home. Neither of us were high income earners despite working as hard as we could to get into the market. Regardless, Raelene didn't dismiss us but instead encouraged us. She was attentive without putting unnecessary pressure on us. My husband and I decided on our own to hold off for a few more years until we had a higher deposit and stronger/more consistent income.
