My husband and I met Raelene years ago when we were trying to buy a home. Neither of us were high income earners despite working as hard as we could to get into the market. Regardless, Raelene didn't dismiss us but instead encouraged us. She was attentive without putting unnecessary pressure on us. My husband and I decided on our own to hold off for a few more years until we had a higher deposit and stronger/more consistent income. Raelene was absolutely amazing to deal with. We organised for Raelene to pop out for an appraisal on our property and if im completely honest at the time we had actually chosen to go with another agency but wanted a second appraisal done (raelene not knowing this). . It was the first time for myself and partner selling a home and Raelene made sure we were in the loop with everything, she explained to us step by step the whole process and then throughout marketing the property made sure we knew everything that was going on.
