Rachel Brown was very knowledgeable of the current market. With her extensive knowledge in mind she advised the most effective ways to market my house. She was 'right on the ball' following my initial phone call to her from Australia, driving past my house to assess it given that the house was then still tenanted. That day she sent me the necessary documentation for selling a house. Rachel is very professional, not 'pushy' at all but rather respected my needs and wishes through the entire selling time. She kept in close contact with me with respect to Open Homes, enquiries made to her office, vendor reports, marketing the house and prompt sending of documentation. Rachel was very obliging, inviting me to call anytime, this including evenings and weekends. As I live over three hours drive away from Christchurch and could not come to my house in Christchurch at a moment's notice, Rachel was quite prepared to sweep the laundry or kitchen following trades people walking through to use the power point or Open Home viewers. Rachel is clearly very hardworking, she worked tirelessly on the sale of my house. She kept me up to date at all times. She arranged two Open Home sessions a week and sent me vendor reports promptly. I would recommend Rachel to any person, wanting to sell their house, who had asked me for the name of an excellent selling agent.
