Rachel Brown was very knowledgeable of the current market. With her extensive knowledge in mind she advised the most effective ways to market my house. She was 'right on the ball' following my initial phone call to her from Australia, driving past my house to assess it given that the house was then still tenanted. That day she sent me the necessary documentation for selling a house. Rachel is very professional, not 'pushy' at all but rather respected my needs and wishes through the entire selling time. She kept in close contact with me with respect to Open Homes, enquiries made to her office, vendor reports, marketing the house and prompt sending of documentation. The process of selling your home isnt easy for many reasons, you need an Agent who you can talk easily to when the tough decisions have to be made. Rachel is that person. I guessed at the start she would be ok to deal with, my expectations have been well exceeded as I have found her a good communicator, friendly ready to go the extra mile and very supportive.
