Rachael Bridger

Rachael was outstanding from the first time we met her. She was positive and optimistic, without being unrealistic. Rachael told us that she had a hands-on style which didn't suit everybody, and she encouraged us to go with a REA that we felt most comfortable with, even if that REA wasn't her. Rachael was extremely professional and kept us fully informed throughout the sale process via regular comms in a WhatsApp group. We found Rachael to be refreshingly honest, sensitive with her suggestions, and we trusted her judgment all the way. She listened to us and was available at all hours to respond to our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Rachael has an abundance of empathy and was lovely with us, and also with our purchasers. She really wants to achieve the best outcome for her clients, vendors and purchasers alike.

Great agent! Understood the market and the area very well. Super responsive to information requests and other queries needing answering. Highly recommend and would approach Rachael again when entering the market.

You are a super star! very professional service and we have a great journey with you. Thanks you so much Rachel,

Rachael was on top of every aspect of the sale process and kept us informed all the way through in a clear precise way and she was enjoyable to work with. I never anticipated selling a house would actually be such a straight forward process and she got the price we wanted despite this being a tricky time in the market. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home with Rachael as the vendor's agent. She was genuinely lovely, open, and honest throughout the entire process, with absolutely no pressure at any stage. Communication was always easy and straightforward, and she kept us well-informed from start to finish. Rachael also provided great insights into the local area and market, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Rachael was friendly, approachable, and kept us well informed throughout the process. As first home buyers, she made the experience feel far less daunting by being transparent and ensuring we were never left in the dark. We felt genuinely supported the whole way through, even as the buyers.
