My wife and I are very grateful we met Peter Tuki on our journey of looking for our second family home. I met Peter Tuki when I went to look at a house he was selling. I didn’t buy that house but it was the start of my house selling/ buying journey. It took a while for me to decide to actually go through with it all, but Peter lasted that long journey with me giving me confidence, encouragement , support, advice, traipsing around open homes giving me some insiders info and insight. His help was invaluable and several months later (due to my hesitation) he sold my appartment and bought, literally ( I trusted him to bid at auction for me because I was out of town) my new house. I actually ended up buying the first property that he showed me. He was really flexible around timing, which helps as I have a demanding job. And he was as happy as I was, when the house settled. It can be daunting going through the process as a single person, he made it easy – and I’d recommend him… actually I have recommended him to anyone that will listen!! During the early stages and at our meetings onsite we found Peter and Tania to be on time and very quick to respond to requests. They developed a passionate interest in our property and its features and how to best market them. We have no doubt that the whole neighbourhood knew our property was on the market as Peter thoroughly canvassed the area.
