Peter Kelly

Peter communicated with us mainly by phone and this suited us perfectly. This was very efficient. Peter has an in-depth knowledge of the market and has sold properties in our area so had a good grasp on market at the time. His Negotiation skills achieved the desired outcome. Peter was to the point when dealing with us, no beating around the bush. Made 100% sure we understood every aspect of the sale. Punctual and if held up let us know. Listened well and took in information we were giving him. Peter was very capable when showing people around. A pleasure to deal with.

Great communication and understanding of the property market

Working with Angus and Peter for my second property sale was a professional experience from start to finish. They provided a thorough market appraisal upfront and guided us through each step from marketing to sale. Their persistence and negotiation skills helped us secure multiple offers which resulted in a solid sale. We appreciated their professionalism and dedication and would highly recommend Angus and Peter.

Peter Kelly his Wife and Son made us feel at ease with the sale of our property, The sale had little room to negotiate but it worked in the end. We wish to thank you all including Grace for the work you did. We would recommend you all to any of our friends and family.

We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, great communication and advice.

We are very pleased with the result Peter achieved for our farm sale. Peter was professional, personable and very good at "reading the room", and an all-round pleasure to deal with. We appreciated his good, solid advice at the outset regarding the improvements that should be made to the farm that would make a commercial difference, and told us not to waste time or money on things that wouldn't make a significant difference to the saleability of the property. He communicated with us regularly and ensured we were kept up to date on progress all the way through. The entire process was efficient and straight-forward. We highly recommend Peter to anyone else thinking of selling their farm. Thanks Peter!
