It was over a decade since Peter and Steph first visited asking if we would consider selling. We advised only when the children had finished school. They backed off but promised to keep in touch, and true to their word, they phoned and supplied monthly market reports every year. This year, when we finally green-lighted going to market, they were both fantastic.
