We had decided to sell our rental property in Otaki as we felt that the timing was right. We went to the Professionals office in Levin where met with Peter. After a in depth discussion we decided to contract Peter to market the property. The photographs and narrative in the online advertising and the handouts were very well done and presented the property very well. We were very happy with the arrangements that Peter put in place and received regular reports as to progress of open homes. The market at the time had very few buyers, however Peter found one who made a cash offer and after some negotiation we had a deal. After the sale was unconditional Peter made a suggestion which we had not thought of. The details were quite tricky because the sale was confirmed before the Christmas holiday period which caused a delay in proceedings but has worked out as we wanted once people got back to work. ( the difficulties were not because of Peter but just timing of the process). All the way through Peter was a consummate professional in his work, thank you Peter.
