PD was truly exceptional. I connected with him through Facebook (Market place) and visited couple of properties that were under his listings. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with PD, since I was set on buying in a particular area and I’m so thankful I did. PD was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city etc which really helped me in making my decision. I would highly recommend PD to everyone who is looking to buy or sell their properties. Believe me you will not get disappointed!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Amita. Being a first home buyer and not knowing much of the buying/selling market I met Amita for my very first house viewing in September. She was warm, kind, understanding and very sincere with her advise and recommendations. I am a senior manager with a busy lifestyle and upon meeting Amita I made a genuine commitment that I would be making my first purchase with Amita being my sole agent. She was very patient, familiarized herself with my needs and most importantly she knew what my budget was. Almost 4 months later, and after numerous house viewings with the help of Amita. I have bought my first home, a 4yr old, 4 bedroom house, with Seaviews and amazing outdoor living all well under my BUDGET. An overwhelming purchase that would have not been possible if I didn't have Amita guiding me through this journey. I personally highly recommend Amita as your real estate agent and I would be recommending her to all my family and friends. I have not only purchased my first home but have also made a lifelong professional friend through this 4 month journey. Looking forward to making my next house purchase with Amita again. Thanks
