We chose to go back to PD as he was the agent who sold our house to us for a number of reasons. He was always honest, upfront and we had spoken with a few other agents about selling it and out of all of them. He knew us and the property, he also works in the area so is very knowledgeable about what other properties were selling for. This meant that he was able to set realistic expectations for what we would get for the sale of our house. I have found PD and his team to be professional to deal with, friendly and easy.
