PD was an instrumental in pushing for the sale of my property. His approach was pragmatic, practical, and timely in a challenging market. Engagement with PD was transparent and insightful for a seller like me.

The daunting experience of selling our home was turned into an easy and pleasurable experience when PD took on the challenge. We met PD after a flyer was left in our letterbox, a meeting was made and within an hour we knew we had found our agent. 21 days after listing our home we had a sale. The process was made easy, and all the possibilities laid out for us, communication was excellent, and the support was top notch. I would highly recommend PD to anyone wanting a professional & efficient agent.

PD Midha was dedicated and diligent in the process of getting our house sold. Despite the challenges in the market, he was tenacious and was able to find the right buyers for our beautiful home. He kept us updated and delivered on our expectations. We are impressed with PD’s skills, tireless effort and perseverance. We are thankful to him and can recommend his services to anyone looking to sell their home.

Thank you for your guidance and support and helping us buy our first home. You made the process simple and easy to understand for us and we appreciate your patience and expertise .

This was our first time selling a house in Takanini Auckland and thank god we chose PD Midha. He was extremely helpful from the start with his patience and actively listening to our needs which he could then provide useful tips on the approach we should take in selling our home. Due to personal circumstances, we faced a few difficult situations. However, PD Midha never gave up on us, instead, he was able to guide us through the tough times and led us to selling our home with a spectacular price which we felt was impossible. If I had to choose which agent to sell our home again, I would no doubt choose PD Midha again and will happily refer him to my friends and family. Thank you so much PD Midha!!
