PD was truly exceptional. I connected with him through Facebook (Market place) and visited couple of properties that were under his listings. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with PD, since I was set on buying in a particular area and I’m so thankful I did. PD was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible.
