PD was a pleasure to deal with. He ran a thorough campaign and kept us informed of viewings and viewers impressions of our property. He always listened intently to what we had to say and took on board what and how we felt. The result was testament to his hard work and we were thrilled with the record price the property attained at auction. You smashed that record PD!!
Choosing an agent to trust with the sale of your house is stressful. PD made the process so much better because of is highly organised and professional approach, right from appraisal to sale. His communication is top rate and the result he achieved for me was above expectation. Highly recommended!!
PD made the process very easy, he explained it from the beginning and made sure we were always well prepared. Despite issues with banks making it difficult for buyers, he secured a good price for my house.
An exceptionally talented property agent who was not only instrumental in getting us marvellous sale price but also sincerely guided us throughout the property sale process commencing from listing of our property to sale. A big thank you to Team PD. Highly recommended
Thank you for the excellent service you have given us with the selling of our property. We were happy with your friendly professional manner in which you kept us up to date with regular feedback throughout the sale process.
PD and his team were very professional from the day one of our meeting and provided us with updates few times a week. After seeing similar properties like us got sold for much lesser price we thought market has slown down however after hours of hard work and effective marketing our property got sold for more than what we expected and PD and team has setup a new record in our area. All the best Team and keep rocking !!
PD Midha provided me professional guidance from day one until we bought the property. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable and supportive person. He was always available to answer queries and willing to go beyond expectations. His knowledge and skills to get you the result you desire. Very honest, reliable and hard working real estate agent. Highly recommended to friends and others, you won't regret it.
We were extremely impressed with the way Team PD sprang into action from the moment we decided to put our house on the market. The sign was up, photographer was in and dates were set. Seven days later we were at auction with an incredible outcome. We can't thank Team PD enough for the effort they all put in for us.
