Paula had in depth knowledge of the current market and was able to guide us through the sale of our house including the auction. The whole process felt like a true team effort with Paula co-ordinating others in the Harcourt team all working hard to sell our home. Communication was clear, timely and personable. Regardless of how many homes she has sold in her career, she never seemed to lose sight of what a huge process selling our home was for us. This patience and support made the whole thing (almost) enjoyable. We quickly came to trust Paula and she was also a great help when it came to putting in offers on other properties. Highly recommend.
