It was a very unusual bidding process, where we had to submit informal offers to get invited to place a formal tender, which we found added extra stress to an already stressful life decision! When we were invited to place a formal tender, Paul advised thst it was all very standard stuff so we wouldn't need to run it past our lawyer - which turned out to be true, but it was a little unsettling to be told by an agent not to run a legal document past our lawyer! Overall though I have no complaints, and appreciated all the hard work Paul put it to help us put in our best offer. It was an absolute pleasure.
