Little did we realise what was going to unfold in the March of 2020. Our tenants had moved on and I took the 6 hr trip to Wgtn to do the post-rental clean and meet up with Paul to discuss options around the Sales Pitch. We found Paul very easy, approachable and he offered us some great advice as to the direction we were headed. We signed the contract and I left him to manage the dressing of the space, photos etc and start the roll out...then blam! Covid19 kicked in only 5 days after signing.... Like the rest of NZ..and the world - things stopped. Yet we are positive it enabled many people looking to purchase some time to really look at the available market. Once Aotearoa dropped to Level 3.... we had offers put forward within 4 days, and sold both properties within a couple of weeks. Paul is a superb agent. He listened to our needs, came up with a very good sales strategy and along with Sabine worked very hard on our behalf to get the best possible price for us. We were delighted with the strategy Paul suggested and the hard work he and Sabine provided in the background to generate genuine interest in our property. Great easy to deal with honest agents who gave sound advise on how to get our home to market. The advertising was fantastic and stirred up lots of interest online. Their recommendations for companies to do the house cleaning and builders report were great and hassle free at reasonable prices. They are very professional; we told them what we we wanted and they delivered when other competitors told us our house was too difficult to sell. Paul kept us well informed and was highly organised. We got a good price above our expectations and a sale in 10 days from going to market. I would use them again and have recommended them to friends. Best of all, they are much cheaper than the other agents and they do a better job!!!!!
