We found out that selling your house can be quite the roller coaster! Thankfully Patrick made the whole process as stress-free as possible. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful which we very much appreciated.
Well it all began over a year ago my wife & I asked Patrick for advice on selling our house. After a viewing of our property Patrick produced a folder & we sat down & discussed the contents & what we needed to do to sell the property. Then our Son & his family in Switzerland decided they were coming to visit us so we put the House Sale on Hold. Then we had Covid .After that with demand & property prices going crazy we decided to do it, the property was put up for Auction & after 4 open homes, weekly meetings, & lots of hard work Patrick steered us on the most amazing ride & fantastic Result you could wish for. We thoroughly recommend him & his team to anybody wanting a Top Agent he is A1.

Patrick has a great energy and is very enthusiastic about selling houses. His approach is very professional and communication is top knotch. Our house sold on the 1st open home with multiple offers. We couldn't be happier, we will definitely be using Patrick's services again in future.
Patrick was always confident and guided us through a Auction process even though I hated the idea of an unknown ending. He made the sale happen with a result far higher than expectation. I would use Patrick again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
