Patrick is one of those truly professional real estate agents. Great communication skills, excellent work ethic. Patrick and son went beyond the norm to help make it easy for us to sell our house - working with tenants, dealing with purchaser requests etc. Patrick's tenacity meant we could sell the property for the price we wanted in an uncertain market no less.
