Pam was very professional and provided clear, transparent communication. She had a strong knowledge of the market in the area that our property was in. She kept us up to date with how the marketing and sale was going both via email and in person. She was very helpful with the paperwork too.

Pam was a very good communicator during the 13 to 14 months it took to sell my mother's house. Being absent vendors, she she kept me well informed when the house and property needed attention, even going as far as doing some of the tasks herself. It was not an easy sale as about 16 weeks were made difficult with probate as my mother passed away about 3 weeks after the house went on the market, but Pam handled it all very well. The market also slumped a bit during this time, and although we didn't sell for as much as we would have liked, we were happy with the final price she managed to secure for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed the process Pam took us through to finally purchase a beach pad. It was great that she was relaxed and had a 'can do' attitude, it certainly made it relatively stress free.
