Tracey was great at communicating between the vendors and ourselves. She answered all our questions, and if not, she was able to find out. She was friendly, approachable and super helpful and made our end pretty easy.

Tracey was highly responsive to messages and phone calls, and made you feel prioritised. After several appraisals, Tracey's appraisal was significantly higher than the others. If I'm honest, this made me question her accuracy 😬. However, she 💯 delivered!!!! I don't believe any other agent would have secured that price for us, and I am eternally grateful for that. Her fees are fair (lowest offered by all agents) and clearly outlined. The initial outlay was well worth the overall savings compared to other agents. We were not pushed to take our property to auction. In fact, I believe Tracey prefers to avoid auctions (which I really appreciated). I find it frustrating that all other agents seem to try to push auctions, when personally I think they are not beneficial to the seller (certainly not in a falling market). I certainly did not need the added stress of an auction date. Tracey has also navigated a complicated separation, remaining calm and professional in dealing with 'differing' ideas, opinions and behaviours (no easy task). Things could have been very different. If you are looking to gain the best price for your property, pay the lowest fees out there, and have the job done. Tracey is your gal. 😊
