I had an consultation with Oleg just to get a feel for the market and surprisingly after discussing matters with him we realised that the market conditions were just right for us to go from an entry level house to one a little more suited to our expanding family, and thus we decided to list with "Team Lykov". Oleg advised us on how to get our property ready for sale in a way which would optimize space, lighting, etc to make it more attractive to prospective buyers. The best bit however was both Oleg's and Natalia's immense patience in showing us around open homes ( months on end ) and the pros and cons of each property and even though we were a bit unrealistic at times they gently guided us to a property which in the end is exactly what we were after in an excellent location but more importantly at a price which was in our budget and to our liking.
