Nish and Charlotte are a fantastic team. From clearly advising us on the various sale methods and their pros/pitfalls, to rolling up their sleeves and helping us get some building materials out from underneath the house. These two do it all. Even when the worst happened and a pipe burst, flooding half the house and resulting in the purchaser canceling the contract and our tenant moving out. Nish and Charlotte stayed positive, set clear goals and guided us forward. We put our trust in the advice Nish and Charlotte provided and they were right every step of the way resulting in a Sale at Auction on better terms than before the flood. I cannot recommend Nish and Charlotte enough.
