We have used Niki now for three property transactions in Rotorua and each time have been thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the industry and experience . Niki has a great network of other professionals in Rotorua that she can draw on to support the sale or purchase and can help resolve and issues as they arrive. Niki has personal warmth, integrity and is very easy to work with. But perhaps most importantly, with every sale we have been through with Niki, we have ended up with a higher price than expected. I thoroughly recommend Niki as an agent and will certainly call her for any real estate dealings in the future.

She is a friendly person with great communication skills and upholds her professionalism with how she handles the whole sales process.

Niki was super helpful when we were navigating through the process of viewing and making an offer on the property. Her happy nature made working with her very seemless and enjoyable.

Niki is personable, relatable and most of all we trust her. She has a wealth of real estate knowledge that is backed up with clear reasoning and evidence. Niki doesn't baffle you with jargon, she explains things clearly and checks in with your feelings and opinions. She is professional and really easy to do business with. We would highly recommend Niki Neal.

From the very first meeting with Niki I was confident that I had chosen the right Agent to manage the sale of My Mother's beautiful home, one that was stacked full of beautiful memories. From the outset Niki displayed empathy, respect, professionalism and a genuiness not a quality frequently found in sales people. Niki is a good listener and retains minute details, that other's would dismiss. Niki explained the various packages on offer and made her recommendation easy to understand. Everything she said would happen precisely to the plan was excecuted. Her communication was clear and efficient. Nicky was able to both recommend and arrange assitance to get the home ready for open days. This removed so much stress and worry, its a huge job to empty a loved home that has been lived in for 50 years. Timelines throughout the programme were strictly administered and adhered to. The staging of the home was absolutely brilliant, so much so I never recognized my own bedroom.! There was no pressure to accept any offer, the decision, again with professional advice from Niki was entirely my own. I would recommend Niki to anyone contemplating buying or selling, her knowledge and experience is enormous, but more importanly Niki is honest reliable and very caring. I really cannot thank her enough she has seen me at my worst, and when she is out in the forest with her dog next she will know she has made a difference in someone's life. Good health and happiness Niki you deserve successs.

Encourage people to have faith on what they like and give it a go .

Wow! We have been so grateful to have had Niki as our agent. Having moved 7hrs away from our home for a work contract, we were thinking selling our home would be pretty stressful, but we were thankfully very wrong! Not only did she get us an awesome price, Niki has gone above and beyond with extra things that have needed sorting, things that were up to us to sort but were so very difficult to do being so far away! And she even went and watered my plants after I mentioned I was stressing about them! Gold star service from an agent who really loves her job and her clients!

Nikki was great and gave us good advice on what needed doing before listing. Would definitely and have recommend her to friends.

We had a good experience with Niki selling our property. Good feedback and excellent communication during the process. There were some issues with the title and she helped us through the problems. I would recommend her to vendors interested in listing their property. Michael and Marie Bish
