She has good connections in the community that we were able to access as needed. We were particularly impressed with her handyman and the work he did on some of the less expensive problems in the house. Although the house took longer to sell than expected, Nikki persevered and strove to get us the best possible outcome. Communication was great and she endeavoured to include family in texts and emails as we were advocating for Mum who is elderly. Nikki was extremely professional but also understanding of the more personal issues around selling the property and putting Mum’s needs first.
