Nicky and team sold our house while we were overseas. Communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date. Nicky organised video calls to suit the difference in time zones so we still had meetings and developed a good relationship despite the distance. She took time to understand our position and the reasons we were selling. As we were out of the country, there were a lot of extra tasks and Nicky and team took these on without a second thought. Nicky was extremely knowledgeable when we hit some unforeseen legal issues, and we would never have got the resolution we did without her advocating for us and using her connections. Only had contact with Nicky when we were drawing up the sale and purchase agreement, she was really responsive and changed things as we requested. Otherwise we only dealt with other team members. The rest of the team were responsive but sometimes were unhelpful or contradictory when answering questions.
