We had a very untidy tenant give notice just on lockdown and as we wished to sell the property we contacted Mark and Nicky to see if they could prepare the property for sale after lockdown finished Team Molloy was just so easy to deal with and they organised cleaning ,gardening,lawns,minor repairs, staging plus marketing which included a video,Lim report and a very useful floor plan All this was done without us having to leave home (4 hrs away ) The house was passed in on auction day but within a few days we had a conditional agreement plus two backup deals for us to consider The first agreement went unconditional on the said date so we were very happy with the result considering the recent events of covid etc We therefore highly recommend Nicky and her outstanding team

Team Malloy (including Georgia) have been great to deal with. We know real estate agents work for the vendor, but Amy and I were very impressed with the service provided by Team Malloy. No cheap sales tricks (which we experienced with a different real estate agency, not Harcourts), and very responsive and helpful with regards to Amy and myself purchasing our first home.
