My story with Nicky dates back in July 2020, when I purchased a house via Nicky. I admired how knowledgeable, competent, and confident she was, I am very much in love with the house I bought, and it was a win-win. 3 years later, I want to sell my investment property on Keegan Drive. I had little to no knowledge of the housing market, given the economic downturn, mortgage rates, cost of living and everything else in between, the insecurity has caused me huge amount of anxiety and stress. Until I spoke to Nicky and her team, their knowledge, confidence and expertise put my mind to ease. Nicky really listened to my concerns; she tailored the sale of the property around my circumstances. There are so many ways of selling a property, yet I have this brilliant agent, picked out THE BEST solution with huge amount of flexibility. What else is there to ask for. The property was sold FAST! at the price I and the buyer both happy with, it was the sweetest spot. I am still in disbelief as I write this review. I call Team Malloy "magical"; they are SO GOOD at what they do. Often in life, we don't have the perfect answer, but when it comes to selling and buying, they know, instantly. I was updated often with new information; I was in the loop all the time. After two weeks of our initial meeting, I was so confident that Nicky will take care of things better than anyone, I actually stopped asking questions and left it with the team, went on with my work and life, knowing that everything will be ok. --- and this, is something money can't buy. We had the pleasure of dealing with Nicky & Mark Malloy along with their team. For us, we had to sell a house inherited due to the untimely passing of a close family member. To compound this, the house was located in a different city to where we live and we had no experience in selling houses previously. Nicky, Mark, and the team were amazing to deal with. For our situation, what we found we really needed was someone to help reassure of what we needed to do, be able to do this in a timely manner to cure our anxieties, and to do things when planned. I am happy to say that they fulfilled all of these needs, helping a difficult situation for us be as straightforward as possible. We always found that there was someone to promptly refer to any query we had, no matter how simple or complex, in a range of communication methods. This communication was always clear, answering our queries well, and letting us know what we needed to know. On top of this, when they said they were going to do something or be somewhere, it was always on time, making it extremely easy to organise an out of town sale, for instance having a family member meet them at the house at a mutually agreed on time. Overall, I would highly recommend Nicky, Mark, and their team, particularly for someone who is a new seller and/or is selling a home outside of where they reside. That said, I think the qualities that they bring would equally be appealing to experienced sellers and/or those selling the house in which they reside.
