Although everyone knows the real estate agent acts for the seller, not the buyer, as buyers we found Nicky excellent to deal with. She was able to answer all of our questions on the property and the multi-offer process we needed to go through to secure it. Nicky was friendly and pleasant to deal with. And most importantly, not too pushy. We are not intending to resell our new home in the near future, but if we were to, we would list with Nicky.
