We thought her market knowledge was exceptional and her advice was sound. We received a text after every open home which told us how things had gone and without fail a follow up email the next day with all the relevant details. We also received every week a detailed report with of all the advertising statistics on our home. She always made us feel that things were moving toward a sale and was very positive throughout. One thing that struck me right away was that Nicky was skilled in listening, she really listened to me when I was telling her what the house meant to me and my family, this was a deceased estate, it was our family home.
