Nick has a wealth of knowledge which he is able to share to each personally as he interacts with people involved in buying or selling a property. A very obliging young man, Nick is a problem solver whose experience shows. We were frustrated as cash buyers with a limited time to purchase that our offer was not presented within days of our interest being confirmed. This was unsettling and caused considerable anxiety. However, as it transpired our lawyer was part of the problem. Nick went out of his way to sort issues for us which we greatly appreciated.
