We were lucky enough to connect with Nick & Dylan who with total professionalism, patience and dedication achieved the perfect outcome for our family. I hadn't sold a house in 17 years, so I was a bit anxious - and my, how the process has changed! I do like to ask lots of questions and make my own decisions, and also my house was not the easiest type to sell - a challenge for any agent. However, Nick & Dylan were just what I needed - they listened to, and respected, all my needs, answered all my questions, and were never patronising. They offered good practical advice to present the house well - then even found people to help me with the practicalities like house wash and other odd jobs! And it made no difference at all that they worked out of the Dannemora office, while my house was on the North Shore! Best of all they represented my interests well, working hard to get me a very good price. I'm pleased to say Nick and Dylan took so much stress out of the process for me, I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone else selling their house.

Nick Marks is wonderful! We were first time home owners and quite nervous and overwhelmed with the home buying experience. He walked us through every step with reassurance and guidance.
