We chose Lowe & Co after meeting with Nick who inspired us with his calm yet enthusiastic manner. He reassured us throughout the whole process and was always on-hand to answer questions and provide timely, helpful feedback. Nick marries his expert knowledge of the Wellington property market with skilful handling of sales negotiations to great effect – highly recommended!
Nick was great. A real high communicator who kept us updated throughout the whole process. We felt like Nick was there for us and set realistic expectations on price and value of our property while also trying to get us the best exposure and price for our property. We were blown away but the offer we accepted and the whole process was smooth and seamless. In the end this was a life changing sale for us and the service and knowledge provided by Nick was excellent. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family alike.
Selling the family home of 40+ years was daunting. As soon as I met Nick an the team I knew they were the right people to see my home. After an exceptional advertising programme, follow up and 19 days the house was sold for more than I expected. Thank you so much.
