Nick has a strong understanding of the Property market. His communications throughout the process of selling our rather unique lifestyle property were amazing and was also very polite and courteous throughout. Nick was a wild card we engaged with initially including 2 other agents from other property brokers looking for a proposal to sell our property. But was easily our first choose after looking at each agents proposals. Nick seemed to have done the most background work and presented a well polished, in a timely fashion and professional proposal. Compared to the other options that were not very timely or lacked the personal touch that comes with selling your property. We would highly recommend Nick to others.

Nick and Maria were there for us constantly. It was an especially stressful time and Nick helped us every step of the way. He really went above and beyond. He's a lovely guy, very upfront and trustworthy, in both buying and selling as he did both for us.

It was okay. He could've finished his job until the end but he got his assistant to do it for him.
