As buyers from outside the area and looking for a rental property, we would like to express our sincere gratitute to Nic. She went above and beyond every aspect of the process, demonstrating unparalleled professionalism, expertise and dedication. Nic recommended companies for building inspections, healthy homes inspections, went on site to provide access to relevant inspectors, did a zoom call for our final inspection. She also liaised with the owners to get answers on the several questions we had. We felt calm and reassured with her honest approach. She was very good at balancing the working for the vendor and the purchaser. We were so impressed with her communications we decided to utilise Harcourts Property Management services. Pretty good team as Amanda is proving to be extremely helpful also. We are looking forward to a mutually successful pairing with the team at Harcourts. Thank you Nic, after our painful experience with our previous agent, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Nic aimed for ' top dollars ' and from what I was expecting, she got me 'top dollars'. She answered my questions honestly, communicated well, was calm and relaxed, nothing was a problem for her , which was a great help for me. I think she would adapt easily to the many different personalities that she would face during her day

We are first time home buyers and Nic has made the process for us absolutely amazing and easy heaps of contact and explaining things to us making the process very exciting and easy for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to either buy or selling a property. She is a absolute gem and a really asset to Harcourts Timaru.

Nic Shaw was cruisy and made the process so relaxed and easy for us.
