Nic was persistent when present with a house which was difficult to sell in a slowing market. Nic aimed for ' top dollars ' and from what I was expecting, she got me 'top dollars'. She answered my questions honestly, communicated well, was calm and relaxed, nothing was a problem for her , which was a great help for me. I think she would adapt easily to the many different personalities that she would face during her day
