We could not have asked for more from Nic and Team Mayhew. He has a very calm and positive approach to his work and gave us excellent advice right from when we first discussed going on the market through to, and including, the auction itself. In a still tricky market we got an excellent outcome. Importantly we never felt under any pressure, the decisions were ours to make but he ensured we had all the information we needed to make the right calls. Highly recommended.
