I have used Neal to sell my house as I bought it from him too. As both the purchaser and the vendor he made everything happen and made it easy for me. Then there is his sense of style both interiors and landscaping that will help to make a property attractive to as many people as possible - great ideas and they certainly made a difference. His knowledge of the Hawkes Bay market and how it sits within the wider national market and therefore who the target market for the property is extremely helpful too. This proved to be 100% accurate in the case of selling my property. He is creative and realistic in the marketing approach, making sure we spend the right amount to sell without overspending unnecessarily.
