We have been very impressed with Nathan & his team from the very beginning from the organisation of dealing with staging company , building reports etc , we have never had a real estate firm go all the extra help & support, communication outstanding as we were overseas & every thing went so smoothly, we would not hesitate to list property again with Nathan & his Team
Najib Real Estate have an extensive knowledge of the West Melton area and local housing market. Team Najib communicated often with feedback and kept us informed via their Customer Portal post Open Homes. We knew what potential buyers were thinking and if there were any serious purchasers that had come from each viewing. The support team at Najib (Renee in particular) were amazing at keeping in contact throughout the sale period and we thank them for making our house selling a stress free experience. Thank you Najib Real Estate for helping us move on to our next chapter.
Our experience with Nathan Najib Real Estate was very good, the team had excellent knowledge of the whole process, responded quickly to our request for information, and made us feel like we were their only clients throughout the purchase journey. I would highly recommend this agency to friends and family as a first choice agency.
A huge thankyou to Nathan and his team. Always polite and pleasant and kept us up to date with progress. You made the sale of our home much less stressful. John and I are now happily settling in to our new home.
Nathan Najib and his team worked diligently to achieve the result we wanted. Nathan was always punctual and pleasant to deal with and all communication was concise, accurate, and timely. Our home was presented in the best possible way to create as much interest as possible and we were kept informed every step of the way. The Najib team were all pleasant and friendly, and totally professional, with the knowledge, and feel for the market, necessary to provide good advice when it was needed. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Najib Real Estate.
We would like to say a massive thank you Nathan and his team at Najib. Selling a house can be a very difficult and stressful process, but Nathan and his team made this experience effortless. Nathan’s knowledge and experience meant we sold our house very quickly whilst achieving a fantastic price. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will gladly recommend Nathan. 10/10
Nathan and his team go that extra yard to ensure they deliver a top quality service. We've had a horrible experience with other agencies and Nathan's a breathe of fresh air. If you want an agent who listens, actually acts on your behalf, will be open and honest about the situation and advise, then Nathan is the one.
Nathan brought keen buyers to us who made an acceptable offer after we expressed a desire to sell our house without having to go through the rigmarole of going to market due to personal circumstances. A good and relatively hassle-free experience.
A big thank you for making our first house sale experience such a good one! We appreciated the genuine and helpful communication, your market knowledge and we noticed all the extra touches - from good lucks to gifts to celebrations and check ins when we needed it - you really have people at the forefront of your business which makes all the difference. And of course, a great result too! Thoroughly recommend, thank you!
Nathan has skills and passion for this industry. He communicated each stage of the process really well and spent time going over the details of the selling process. Nathan was very professional and effective throughout the process of selling our properties. He made the task of selling my property from overseas a stress-free and smooth process. Nathan offered excellent advice throughout, was upfront and honest, and he clearly knew the market and what could make a difference in gaining good value. He dealt with everything in a prompt manner and was available every step of the way to assist in assuring a good final outcome. Anyone considering selling or buying their home would be in the best of hands for the sale and purchase of their property with Nathan's professional approach and through his hard-working Team at Najib's Real Estate.
Nathan achieved us another successful result for the sale of our section recently. Whilst other sections listed with other companies, remained for sale, in this current difficult housing market, Nathan managed to get a contract together with a very pleasing result. We have no hesitation in recommending Nathan, a hard working agent, to get you the results you want!
