We were kept up to date with everything that was going on either from the agents or with the online portal. This made the whole sale process very stressfree. Thanks to the team at Najib real estate for exceeding our expectations.
Nathan and his Team ensured all my questions were answered and very thorough in their feedback and being accountable for the property that I wanted. It made my purchase of my property really worthwhile and made the experience of purchasing a lovely experience ( especially when you are a older person). I would recommend Nathan and his Team for selling your property as property is a major investment and the same for buying, and you definitely need the best Team to assist you.
Very professional realtor. Nathan knows the market well. Respond to my questions blinking fast.
Nathan and his team provided an exceptional service right from the very start. As first time sellers we were daunted by the process, but after meeting with Nathan we knew we were in good hands. Every part of the process was handled with professionalism, care and the drive to achieve the best result. Communication and guidance from the Najib team was fantastic from start to finish. We truly appreciate the hard work Nathan and his team put in get a great result. Thanks so much team Najib!
Thank you to Nathan and his team for their amazing support and work with selling our property. Nathan and his team went above and beyond helping us through the sale. Nathan’s knowledge of the market was spot on as was his advice. Communication from the team was regular, purposeful, helpful and clear. Nothing was ever a problem. This was our first experience working with Nathan and we would definitely choose Najib next time and have no hesitation in recommending Najib Real Estate.
The team at Nijab made purchasing my first home a clear and understandable process. Continuous communication keeping me in the loop as the deal progressed and accommodating additional viewings prior to settlement. I appreciate your professionalism and warm touch through a process I was not familiar with. I could not be happier with my first home and would certainly deal with you again. Thanks again team.
Nathan supported by Nikhil did a phenomenal job selling my property. In 5 short days, before we even went live on the market they had secured a purchaser. Keen to make an offer on a new home, I gave Nathan one instruction, get the offer on paper today…. And he did. 5pm we were signed! A true master! This is the second property Nathan has sold for me and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team at Najib. Nik did a truely great job and Mandy was wonderful helping me get all the last pieces together to finalise the sale. At Najib you know you matter and you are treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Nathan lives by his values and it’s obvious he instills the same in his team. Communication is paramount and they are there with you every step of the way to make it truly seamless. Thanks again Team Najib! You’re the best 😊
