Because we lived north of Auckland and wanting to buy a house in Christchurch, Nathan and team made our decision easier when it came time to buy. Their communication and professionalism was everything in our case to obtain a successful contract for both us as Purchasers and the Vendors.
Nathan communicated with us on a regular basis from the first time he came around to appraise our house until the offer went unconditional. 100% for communication. Nathan works hard and does the hard mahi to sell your property at a price that works for everyone. Nathan is a skilled negotiator and has excellent professional people on his team and this means the whole process of selling your home is seamless. Well done Team Najib.
We first met Nathan when we moved into our new home two years ago. Nathan called to introduce himself and explained he worked in the area. We were impressed with his knowledge and courteous manner. Since meeting Nathan we have followed his presence in the area and noted how successful he has been. Nathan has always kept in touch with us. When we decided to subdivide our section Nathan came to mind immediately having had excellent reports from other in the area who have also subdivided or sold their homes with him. We would not hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone thinking of selling or buying. He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable.
What a pleasure it was to deal with Nathan and his team at Najib Real Estate. From the initial consult I felt a sense of comfort with Nathan and like most people was initially sceptical with the process, however from engagement of their services was pleasantly surprised to see their team deliver on the promises made The process was streamlined and constant updates to keep my mind at ease knowing they were doing their upmost to market and present the property to make it stand out from the rest Right up to auction day I was kept informed, being the first time I have sold a property this way was reassuring and took a lot of stress away. The auction was a complete success with both happy vendors and purchasers which is perfect outcome. Thanks again Najib Realestate for making the next step in life a breeze
We were approached by Nathan to sell our property in West Melton. The team at Najib Real Estate made what could have been a stressful and difficult process, as seamless as it could be. Nathan listened to our requirements and worked hard to produce a mutual agreement through careful negotiation with us and the purchasers. Nathan cares passionately about real estate and works hard to get results. The team had great communication, keeping us up to date with all that was happening.
Nathan was a really good agent. Lots of communication which was reassuring. Was a hit disappointed in the fact that our add went up, people saw the post then the price got dropped. It just gave off the vibe that there was something wrong with the property to make them drop the price. Wasn't happy about that. We didn't get use of the online portal which was talked about when we signed on too. Otherwise, staging, and feedback was great. Happy to be free of the property.
This is our second home that we’ve purchased from Nathan. He and his wonderful team were in constant communication throughout the entire process of buying (and selling our previous property). We appreciate all the follow-ups with the vendor regarding the condition of the house. We are very happy to be in our new home.
We would highly recommend Nathan and his team. They were very professional and had great communication throughout the process. We were very happy with the result.
Dealing with Nathan and the team at Najib Real Estate throughout the sale process was an absolute pleasure. The team went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic result!
Nathan and his team are extremely easy to deal, with they look after you with your needs and wants , the job they do is really good they look after you and with their professional attributes , get a great outcome, absolutely highly recommended
Nathan got us an outstanding result for the sale of our property…..our sales situation was unique & when the neighbouring (almost identical) property was also listed it provided a bit of competition-due to circumstances with the market, Nathan was able to change the sales method of auction to deadline which made the property available to other purchasers & we were able to achieve an outstanding result!-whereas the neighbouring property didn’t sell at auction & was pulled from the market. Without Nathan’s ability to be flexible in his sales techniques our end result would have had a very different outcome. We highly recommend Nathan & his team -because of the communication and ability to be flexible -if you are looking for a great end result in a changing market.
