Nathan got us an outstanding result for the sale of our property…..our sales situation was unique & when the neighbouring (almost identical) property was also listed it provided a bit of competition-due to circumstances with the market, Nathan was able to change the sales method of auction to deadline which made the property available to other purchasers & we were able to achieve an outstanding result!-whereas the neighbouring property didn’t sell at auction & was pulled from the market. Without Nathan’s ability to be flexible in his sales techniques our end result would have had a very different outcome.
