Given my parents age Nathan and his team would keep me up to date with Marketing, Documents, Sale and Purchase etc via email and phone calls, at the same time Nathan and his time would spend time on the phone or visit my parents to explain in a way they understood. Nathan showed a lot of empathy and patience towards my parents and to this day still calls to see how my parents are getting on. The whole process from marketing to the settlement date was extremally professional and above all stressless for my parents.
