We didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into Nathan the made process run smoothly and took a lot of pressure off our shoulders reassuring everything would workout. We had a lot of hiccups on the way on our end with not having the right documents or not applying for thing before we started the process, stress levels were elevated but Nathan said if we needed more time on the conditional he would get it (we ended up getting everything sorted in time) but that piece of mind helped us to not overthink the situation which we were very grateful for. He’s knows his stuff, he helped us to see the potential in the property (the bigger picture). He’s professional/casual demeanour made it an inviting but also serious environment. Overall Nathan was great to work with, and honestly couldn’t find a better person to sell us our first home.
