Nathan and his team were outstanding from start to finish. From initial consult the house was on the market within a 1 and a half week including waterblasting and landscaping which was done by his team. Overall, throughout he kept us in the loop with ideas, offers and general advice. In the end we got a little more than our target which was pleasing. Overall, great to deal with and would highly recommend.

Recently we purchased a 2 bedroom home for our son in Tauranga. There's nothing unusual about that you might think except in our case it was done remotely from Cambridge. The property we wanted to buy already had a conditional contract on it so our offer was a back up offer. The vendors accepted our back up offer so the better offer clause in the original contract was activated. Nathan kept us fully informed as to the current position with the contracts and was very helpful with advice both to ourselves and our son. Our contract was successful and the sale deemed unconditional. We had still not seen the property at that stage so there was a significant element of trust involved with this transaction. Our son did get advice from a friend before we submitted an offer. We settled immediately and our son moved in. Nathan has continued to provide after sales service helping to sort out a few minor things. The restrictions on travel caused by the Covid epidemic have necessitated some different approaches regarding Real Estate transactions and Nathan has adapted to this situation extremely well. Should anyone ask us if we could recommend an agent in Tauranga we would have no hesitation in promoting Nathan.
