Well. This was not an easy one. My 15th house sale and the most difficult to date with multiple issues to be resolved and then an 11th hour last minute potential deal killer as well. Add to that being in a strongly buyer favoured market plus our requirement for a quick sale so we could complete our own purchase elsewhere. In this context, Nathan was able to deliver a multi offer situation. He then remained calm and steady working hard behind the scenes to resolve each potential deal killer issue as it arose. No easy feat and I have never had to be so involved with yes/no decisions on what our position would be. With Nathan's skills and dedication (also aided by our helpful lawyer) we got there in then end and the sold sign went up. Glad it's done, and very grateful for Nathan's skills in navigating through a challenging scenario. The deal could easily have been lost, and it wasn't, and that's what mattered in the end! Highly recommend.
