Raised in Taradale, I moved to Australia when I was 22. Like many Kiwis, I headed to Australia, to make my mark on the world. As a qualified plumber, I started my own business at 24, and at 25, purchased two blocks of land to build a spec home on each. Since then, I have completed several projects, from renovations to new builds, to subdivisions. “This experience has allowed me to have a greater understanding of the real estate market. I’ve learnt what makes a good investment, the pitfalls of getting it wrong, and most importantly how to ensure you get the most out of your property when it comes time to sell.”
Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of Nathan's values. For the past four years, Nathan has sponsored NBHS First XV Rugby and First XI Football , as well as supporting Napier Boys High School, Henry Hill School and Westshore Surf Life Saving Club.
