We don’t know what we were thinking. We put our unit in Hobsonville Point on the market. After 5 weeks, over 60 groups through, and not one offer, we placed the property with Nadja and her team – which is what we should have done in the first place. She got a conditional offer at her first open home, which went smoothly to unconditional in 10 days. We will never make the mistake of using someone else again.
