First off Murray provided a comprehensive and realistic evaluation of the home and provided solid comparisons of how the district real estate was faring. He then continued to work with us to get the best price possible, with minimal inputs. Murray worked with the energy supplier to reconnect power, engaged a roof cleaner, lawn mower man, and even picked up a new oven for the purchaser. I was blown away with how helpful, generous with his time, and authentic he was.
