Murray has acted for me in the purchase and sale of residential property on two occasions. I bought my beach property through him, and when time came to sell, I was glad to have him act for me again. He became my friend as well. He took me fishing several times. He advised me on local tradesmen. He is the most pleasant, obliging, unhurried, professional and enjoyable fisherman/agent I have known. Nothing was ever too much for him - and his wife! I never heard him say a bad word about anything or anyone. I most heartily recommend him. His service was outstanding!

Very efficient team, Murray is easy to talk with and has worked hard getting views, etc.

Murray was great, good communication and always kept us informed but most importantly he always had a backup plan, did extra open homes for us as lots of people wanted to look, we are very happy with his work.

Murray always came back to us with any queries etc we had and added information, found him very proactive and helpful with our situation especially with having dealings with the maori court etc and always kept us updated.

Have dealt with Murray before, very efficient.

Our experience with Murray has been excellent and we have already recommended him to friends in the area and outside the area! Murray built a genuine connection with us when looking at what we might downsize too and where and helped us with our thought processes at this stage. When it came time to put our house on the market he had already helped with what to do to prepare it and the choice to go with Murray and Ray White was already made. Even so we looked at all the other agents just to make sure and our impressions to go with Murray were confirmed as the right one. Murray and Leah helped us through a number of unexpected wrinkles to do with our unusual house during the marketing process and that help continued through the selection of offers and the conditional stage. We look forward to maintaining a connection with Murray and Leah in future, they are so positive in a gentle way and very hard working. We are convinced we are teamed up with the best agent in the world! ""Over the top!"" WE don't think so, it is our considered opinion having sold 10 homes through agents in the UK and NZ.

We wholeheartedly recommend Murray Coop to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He’s not just a great agent, he’s a genuinely good guy. With his help we're now in our dream home!

Murray was super patient and handled all of our annoying questions with great professionalism. I’d highly recommend him, especially if you’re buying or selling in the Ngunguru/Tutukaka area!

We felt in very good hands right throughout the process, clear communication and always accessible.

Everything was straightforward without any problems.

Good communication when asking about property details. Would recommend Murray

Murray kept us informed at every stage and was always available to answer queries and quick to respond. Kept us update with our local property market. Highly recommend Murray and huge thanks to Murray and the team.
