Monty was responsive and communicated well. At times it was not an easy process and Monty did a good job in keeping things moving and smoothing the path. I believe Monty did a good job for his client (the vendor) however as the purchaser I was also pleased with the end result

As a trustee of a deceased estate I chose Mike Pero and Monty to sell a relatives home. Monty was very enthusiastic about selling the property and insisted it would be under offer within 2 weeks and that is exactly what happened!!
