Monty is by far the best real estate agent I have ever come across. He sold our father's house when our father passed away. He was very sensitive to our loss and knew it was a hard time for us. He was dealing with all three of us and kept us all informed separately every step of the way even though that was a lot of work for him. Phone calls, text messages, emails - nothing happened without Monty seeking our approval and keeping us in the loop. He was committed to getting the best sale price possible and made a number of suggestions to improve the attractiveness of the house and property, even to the point of arranging and paying for one of them himself. He was always able to be contacted even when he was very sick. He would stop at nothing to make things easy for us, meeting us at any time or location. Monty knows what he is doing and was full of useful advice - his immense experience was greatly appreciated. He is thorough and supremely hard working. He is also an all round nice person with a good sense of humour. I trust him completely and would most definitely use his services again. One of the other Mike Pero salespeople assisted Monty.
